Extra-curricular clubs information

The clubs below will be running from Monday 27th February 2017, All clubs are for Year 1 upwards, unless otherwise stated. 

You can sign up for clubs from Thursday 23rd February in the playground from 08:45 – 08:55 and between 15:30 and 15:45. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Working parents can phone the office on 0207 364 1010 from 8am on Thursday 23rd February to reserve a place. As agreed by the Academy Council, three places per club will be reserved for working parents. Payment (exact cash only) must be made to the office with a signed form to secure club places.

Mondays:

  • Film Club. £5 per half term.
  • Cricket Club. No charge.

Tuesdays:

  • Art Club. £5 per half term.

Wednesdays:

  • Art Club. £5 per half term.
  • Cooking Club. £5 per half term.

Thursdays:

  • Cooking Club. £5 per half term.
  • Basketball Club. No charge. Years 3 upwards only. Starts Thursday 9th March

Fridays:

  • ICT Club. £5 per half term.

Updated Behaviour Policy

The Board of Paradigm Trust has approved an updated behaviour policy, which is available from here. The main amendments relate to the arrangements around permanent exclusions – the policy now explicitly references the prevailing guidance from the Department for Education.

Further club places

The following club places are now available for Y1-Y6:

  • Monday – Film x 1 place
  • Tuesday – Art – 8 places
  • Wednesday – Art – 8 places
  • Thursday – Cooking – 4 places

You must call into the office to reserve a place as payment must be made be made at the time of reservation (£5 per club). Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

You can now report your child’s absence by texting 07860034883 by 9am. Please leave the following information:

  • Name of pupil
  • Class teacher
  • Reason for absence

A message must be left every day your child is absent. We may contact you to clarify the information given.
