Unsung Heroes

This week’s unsung heroes are:

The music team for being absolutely fabulous. Thank you for the weekly assemblies and the engaging music lessons.

A Reminder to Parents

If your child is part time, please collect them at 12.00pm. The Kirmichael Road entrance will promptly close at 12.05pm. Thank you.

IMPORTANT: Morning Drop-Off and Attendance

From Tuesday 6th January 2026, the school gate will operate under the following schedule:
● Gate Opens 08:45 AM
● Gate Closes 09:00 AM

Parking Conduct

We would like to inform Parents/Carers that during pick up and drop off, parking in the middle of the road and the yellow marked zig zag line is unacceptable and dangerous. We advise Parents/Carers to park in a suitable place without causing obstruction to other road users and pedestrians.

Wherever possible please walk or use public transport instead of coming to school by car. Thank you.

Attendance Matters

It is important for all our pupils to come to school every day and on time! Regular attendance and punctuality helps us learn well in school, make friends and have fun. When we miss school, it is easy to fall behind and miss out on exciting lessons and activities. Poor attendance can also affect our friendships, making it harder to join in class discussions and group projects.

Healthy School

A reminder to all parents/carers, please ensure to provide your child/ren with a healthy packed lunch. Children should not be bringing in sweets and crisps for lunch. Things you can include in your child/ren’s packed lunch are sandwiches, pasta, fruit, cheese or yoghurt.

Food bank

Tahseenul Quran, in partnership with Tower Hamlets Council, will be running a food bank every Wednesday 8:30am-9.15am, outside the school gates.

Parents Coffee Morning

We hold a coffee morning every Wednesday during term time, from 9.10am-10.00am.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet with other parents and carers, make connections and enjoy a bit of socialising. There’s no need to book, just turn up on the day. We look forward to seeing you!

Save the Date!

There will be a special ceremony for those children who are recognised as having displayed all three of Paradigm’s values (integrity; community; excellence) by the end of June.

The ceremony will take place at Old Ford Primary on Friday 10 July, starting from 2.15pm. Parents/carers of children receiving awards will be invited to attend. We will confirm nearer the time if your child has been invited to the ceremony, along with additional details but, for now, please pencil that date and time into your diary.
