We’ve joined the London RISE Open Education programme, where we’ll be sharing our practice in SEND teaching and learning with other schools.
As part of this work, we recently hosted the first of our ‘Championing Inclusion’ sessions, welcoming educators from across the city. It was fantastic to showcase our approach, including support for pupils with additional needs and our strong partnerships with families.
One attendee, Mushahid Kadir, said: “I observed particularly effective provision for pupils with additional needs, including dedicated support for deaf pupils delivered by trained BSL instructors. Staff worked confidently and sensitively with children, and the SENCO team demonstrated a clear focus on early support and constructive relationships with families.”
We’re excited to continue working with others to champion inclusive education!
