Year 1 recently went to the National Portrait Gallery.
Pupils enjoyed learning about different painting styles and made good links to our previous History topic of the Victorian era. Both visitors and NPG staff commented on the exemplary behaviour of our young pupils.
We would like to remind parents to continue taking children on different excursions and to continue learning outside of the classroom.
